The college was established in 1997 in the heart of Muktsar city, nearly 1/2 km.from Bus stand & 1km. from Railway Station. Muktsar is one of the most religious places of Punjab state, famous for Maghi Mela festival celebrated in the memory of religious martyrs & pupils of Guru Gobind Singh Ji that lay down their life in a war against Aurangjeb in the honour of their Guru.
